When Olympic gold medalist Charlotte Dujardin (GBR) asked Tom Hunt to put together a new freestyle compilation for the Rio Games presumably she asked him for something that would make your heart implode and tears spring from your eyes. Because that’s what he delivered.
Dujardin and Valegro debuted their new music at the Hartpury Festival of Dressage in England on Saturday. The Rio-themed arrangement earned them artistic marks of 90% and above (including three at 95%), for an overall score of 90.63%.
Naturally, the reigning Olympic, world, and European champions won. That’s just what they do.
Their next stop is Rio. You might want to load up on Kleenex before then.
