New week, new starting lineups.
Eight teams will return to the Turtle Creek Casino & Hotel International Ring at Traverse City for the second leg of the Major League Show Jumping tour on Saturday—and there are changes in the start lists out of the gate.
Last week’s champions Lucky Charms will bring in the American contingent this week with Alison Robitaille and Lacey Gilbertson taking over from Tokyo-bound Shane Sweetnam and fellow Irishman Andrew Bourns. They still have speed specialist Jordan Coyle on the roster.
MLSJ rookie Sam Walker (CAN) swaps spots with Natalie Dean (USA) on the Diamond Devils. Lauren Hough (USA) steps in for Nicolette Hirt (USA) on the Blazing 7s. Adrienne Sternlicht (USA) takes over for Erin Davis-Heineking (USA) on Roadrunners and Alessandra Volpi (USA) for Charlie Jacobs (USA) on the Crusaders.
Round 1 runner ups, team Eye Candy, will stick to what works for Round 2, fielding the same team as the week prior. Otomi Warriors and A.I.M. United are also starting on repeat.
