They say that breaking up is hard to do, and they would be right. We’ve all been there, on both ends, and even when it’s “the right thing to do” or “not you, but me” breakups are often emotional, uncomfortable and awkward.

Breakups extend well beyond the boundaries of your love life, of course. Sometimes it’s a friend who said they needed a place to crash for a couple of days until things cooled down but that was like three weeks ago get off my couch. Or perhaps a longtime hairstylist who decided to go rogue and left you to pick up the pieces of your new pixie. And sometimes breakups follow you to the barn.

Telling your trainer their services are no longer needed is never easy, but we’re here to help—whatever the circumstance, whatever your mood, whatever the method.

Be strong, you got this.
