If you’ve been married for any significant duration, you probably just rolled your eyes.

But all, we can safely assume, have wondered at some point: can these crazy kids make their love last in a world designed to drive them apart with conflicting work schedules?

We’re pleased to report that have an answer, friends.

Last night, Cook proposed to her girlfriend of nearly two years and the answer was…well, we’ll let Cuoco tell you:

Revealed Cook in a simultaneously released Instagram post:

“Well after nearly two years I finally got up the courage to ask her to marry me. This is the best night of my life and I think the video shows it is the best night for kaley as well…..if she said yes!!!!!”

And then they danced.

In life, there is nothing like dancing right after getting engaged. The purity and grace of the moment are inexplicable, it is truly as though life were a balloon bouncing on the smoothest zephyr. Which is to say, move over Harry and Meghan! There’s a new wedding in the works and, like all the best things in life, it involves horses. (Presumably.)
