Amid the insane summer heat, imagine if you will, you have found an escape as a horse—a snowboarding horse!
Your eyes do not deceive you. This is a game you play as a snowboarding horse, complete with digital whinnies and it’s own theme song. Developer Chris Figueroa is bringing the game to the world via Steam and iOS on July 28, after the concept gained popularity back in October 2015. GIFs shared on Figueroa’s Twitter account (@kinifi) went viral.
Lesson? Snowboarding horses are excellent Internet fodder!
If you couldn’t tell already, this game is intended to be ridiculous. Figueroa writes in a video description, “Welcome to Snow Horse, the snowboarding game you never asked for, where the points are made up and you are a horse riding a snowboard.”
But I think he may have underestimated the excitement in the equestrian community. Only time will tell! I hope you give this game a try.
